Constantly changing selection - The coffee crop
is seasonal, and so is our selection. None of our products ever stick around
for more than a few months.

Our Promise to you

What is small batch roasting? - By roasting lower amounts of coffee at a time, we have more control over the temperature, letting us develop more complex and full flavors during the roasting process.

No Warehouses, No Middleman - We source all of our coffee ourselves, opting to taste a wide variety of different samples and choosing only the best green coffee beans available. We don’t utilize brokers or contractors. Roasted and packaged by us to be enjoyed by you.

No shortcuts - we will never sacrifice any degree of quality just to lower our costs.

His rootsy blend of blues, folk and r&b - as well as his vibe and chops, have made him a comfortable fit performing in venues large and small alongside a diverse group of acts, such as late acoustic blues virtuoso Kelly Joe Phelps, Americana crooner Raul Malo (The Mavericks), jazz artists Tuck & Patti, French pop star Tété, folkies Patty Larkin, Steve Forbert, Melissa Ferrick, roots rocker Rhett Miller (Old 97's), New Orleans’ fave Paul Sanchez, with whom Scott played Jazzfest several times - and even musical comedic legends The Smothers Brothers! And many others.
Scott's “Writer’s Hang” songwriter series ran for 10 years (1998-2008) in Hoboken, NJ, and was featured in a Sundance Channel documentary called Keeping Time: New Music from America’s Roots, along with Nickel Creek, Gillian Welch & David Rawlings.

Erik Balkey & Jessica Smucker are veterans of the national folk music scene, with a combined discography of more than a dozen albums, and a couple hundred songs. Pete & Mike of The Anderson Council - A rare duo set for two members of The Anderson Council together, founding singer-songwriter Peter Horvath along with guitarist/back-up vocalist Michael Potenza will showcase the dynamic core of their harmonic songs, most often heard otherwise in their more amplified, full throttled form. We're not sure what kind of surprises we'll get, yet eager in anticipation to host this change of mode for these long-time songcraftsman that Little Steven's Underground Garage (SiriusFM) has touted for ages, gaining them stages on the annual International Pop Overthrow concert in NYC and multiple albums out via JEM Records.

Jefferson & The Inversions - Jefferson picks back his trusty acoustic guitar which formed the base of his earlier material (2013-2017), after laying it down to record a buzzing batch of songs with a full band re-aimed under the name Jefferson & The Inversions in 2023. Showcasing heyday alt-rock mixed with soul, the sound paved the way to his latest album Alcuno (2023). Now with his current trio selected for our songwriter's showcase, Jeff, along with bassist Steve and drummer Brian, will showcase a range of older material while showcasing a new batch of songs to come.

Jon Caspi - Caspi has been a longstanding figure in the NJ indie, singer/songwriter, alternative and punk scenes. with his band Jon Caspi & The First Gun. One of the band's major achievements came in the form of a barroom, hooligan, singalong and fan favorite, "Raise ‘Em High!".  This song has become a cult hit in his home state of New Jersey. Legendary WFMU DJ Jonesey selected this tune as his official 2pm toast song which has increased the band’s fan base. A compelling live artist and storyteller, Caspi performs both with band and solo acoustic and has shared the stage with acts big and small. Read more on his website.
